I've started thinking about the Catering for the event.  I have a friend who works for Panera Bread corporate.  He works in Boston but maybe able to help us out for the event here.  My goal is to get them to sponsor us and donate all the food.  But it could turn out that they are able to cover most of it and we would be responsible for some.  I am still trying to work out those details but should have some info on that soon.

I also have a contact at Spot Coffee and I plan on talking to her about seeing if we can get Spot to donate some coffee and pasteries for the event.  If we could get all the catering covered that would really be helpfull.  I will be working on that over the next couple of days.
